Tips & Tricks for Zombie Gunship

Tips & Tricks for Zombie Gunship

Zombie Gunship has taken the App Store by storm. And for good reason – it’s essentially a combination of Call of Duty’s AC130 gunship sections with some good old-fashioned zombie hunting. Brilliant!

But, an easy game Zombie Gunship is not. If your zombie killing sessions are ending earlier than you would like, read on. We’ve compiled a list of tips, tricks and best practices to help you climb those oh-so-competitive GameCenter leaderboards.

Invest in your future

The temptation to immediately start upgrading your guns, radar and other whiz-bang improvements is strong, we know. But try to resist, at least at first. In the “Extra Upgrades” menu is the Zombie Bounty upgrade. Spending coins there increases the amount of money you get per zombie kill. Dumping some coins into this upgrade right from the start will mean more coins earned in the future. Patience pays off.

Beware damage radius improvements

Guns can be upgraded in four ways: damage radius, reload speed, rate of fire, and bullet velocity. They all sound pretty great, right? But the damage radius (larger spread) upgrade actually has an unintended consequence. Remember you’re only supposed to be killing zombies - civilian deaths will result in a game over. And a larger damage spread makes it that much easier to accidentally off a human.
This upgrade can be nabbed eventually, but we wouldn’t make it a top priority.

Civilians – who needs ‘em?

Every civilian that successfully makes it to the bunker earns players a good number of coins. But they’re really more trouble than they’re worth – especially with the aforementioned Zombie Bounty upgrade. Remember, kill three civilians and its game over.
When you see zombies attacking a civilian, don’t intervene. For one, the pinpoint accuracy needed to take out the single Zed will eat up a lot of valuable zombie killing time. And with the civilian gone, you won’t need to worry about where you’re firing.

The right gun for the right job

With point three in mind, if you’re the type of player that just has to see civilians survive, make good use of the quick and accurate 25mm Gatling Gun. Using any of the larger guns near a civilian greatly increases the chances that your fire will land a little too close, accidentally killing them.
The massive 105mm Howitzer is obviously best for large, concentrated groups of zombies. Finally, the 40mm Bofors Gun should be your bread and butter – it’s a great combination of speed, accuracy, and zombie-killing power.

Use the big gun!

The massive 105mm Howitzer is there to be used! The temptation is to “save” it for moments of extreme zombie slaughter is tempting, but its reload time isn’t that long.  Players should use it every chance they get, even if it’s just to take out a smaller group of undead. We’d recommend switching to the 105mm for a quick BOOM while waiting for the 40mm Bofors Gun to reload.

Beware the big zombies

At around roughly 300 zombie kills, the bigger, hulking monsters begin to appear. They must be dealt with immediately. Remember, if only one zombie reaches the bunker, its game over. So don’t wait for the proximity warning to go off to begin taking them out. You'd think that using the Howitzer would be the way to go to take them out, right? Actually, the 25mm  Gatling Gun is the most efficient way of dealing with the hulking monsters, taking them out after a few short bursts of fire.

Traffic Racer Cheats: Tips And Tricks

Traffic Racer Cheats: Tips And Tricks

If racing is your thing, but need more help in the endless driver game Traffic Racer, you are driving right into our Traffic Racer Cheats: Tips and Tricks guide, which will help you make the best out of this nice and addicting game.
In Traffic Racer, you will be driving endlessly with some real life cars. The cars have received some name changes and alterations but are easily recognizable if you take a long and focused look at them. The gameplay experience of Traffic Racer is quite simplye but it’s really addictive, just like pretty much all other well developed endless runner games.
  • Obtaining Coins
In Traffic Racer, you obtain coins depending on how far you manage to go, how many close shaves you perform at over 100 KPH and how long you can keep going at above 100 KPH. By combining the three conditions you will be able to earn quite a lot of points. It’s also possible to chain close shaves together, so that you can earm up to 700 points pr shave.
Playing Two-Way mode adds another condition that will make you earn more money than before. The longer you go in the wrong way, the more coins you will earn so consider playing this mode if you’re after some extra coins.
  • Upgrades
As several others endless runner games, Traffic Racer features an upgrade system which allows you to improve your cars by spending coins obtained during the game. The speed upgrade is probably the most important upgrade, since it will help you go a longer distance and earn more coins. Handling is also quite useful, but it’s easy to make do even without upgrading it. Brakes are probably the less useful upgrade, as they’re pretty good even at the base level.
  • Time Trial
Time Trial mode is another good way to earn some extra coins, especially if you’re skilled at the game. Each run in Time Trial will only last 60 seconds and you won’t lose by crashing. At the same time it’s also possible to increase time limit if you can avoid traffic, making a single run even more profitable.

Temple Run: Oz Cheats

Temple Run: Oz Cheats

Hints
If you follow the correct directions at a crossroad somtimes you'll get a chance to switch to a different environment while palying the game called Temple Run: Oz. All you have to do then is to survive the run until the new environment meter has filled up completely.

Unlike previous TempleRun game always keep your eyes on what's happening further ahead for quick changes. You'll have to deal with dynamic changes to the road layout, so always keep your eyes on what's happening further ahead. You'll need to jump over any crumbling masonry.

If an enemy swoops at you on the yellow brick road, you need to slide beneath its grasp. Don't do this too early or you'll stand up straight into it! Wait until the creature is almost touching you before ducking underneath it.

Always grab roadside keys at the end of the run, you'll be given the chance to pick a music box at random.

Depending on which one you select, you could receive a decent points or coin boost.

Invest in the Double Coins ability early as it will halp you get more coins during the game.

Once coin meter is filled completely, you can double-tap anywhere on the screen to activate a temporary power-up. Use these power-ups as soon as they become available.

To enter the balloon flight mini-game, you need to swipe in the correct direction when you come to a crossroads and the balloon becomes visible on the horizon. Once you reach the balloon, swipe upwards to grab onto the rope and crawl inside.

Avoid hitting the emerald crystals that sprout from the rocks in the sky.

Getting an unbroken run of coins fills up your coin meter. Once it's filled completely, you can double-tap anywhere on the screen to activate a temporary power-up. Don't forget to make use of these power-ups as soon as they become available.

Getting bored of the early stages of the game? There are two types of headstart available in Temple Run: Oz, one that gives you a 1,000m boost from the start, and another that gives you a 2,500m boost. These cost coins though, and can only be used once.

Temple Run: Oz Tips & Tricks

Temple Run: Oz Tips & Tricks

Temple Run: Oz is an awesome second look at the mainline iOS sensation. Seriously, Temple Run is huge guys. Millions and millions of people have played the game and everyone's looking to earn more coins, run farther, and generally dominate Oz as the great and powerful… Oz! Here are a few tips:

Riding the Balloon
Unlike other Temple Run games, Oz has different scenes for players to explore, each with slightly different gameplay to keep players on their toes. One of these alternate paths involves flying on Oz's hot air balloon. When you see the balloon on the horizon, be sure to swipe in the correct direction. When you approach, jump up and grab the rope to take off. Once in the air, you'll have to dodge the green crystals and collect as many coins as possible before the balloon takes too much damage and crashes.
Taking the hot air balloon forces you to study risk vs reward. Do you go for the coins or avoid more of the green crystals? I generally go for the coins and hope to get back into the hot air balloon later if I crash. Always try to get the hot air balloon as the process will also help you slow down and maintain a better pace toward a high score.

Watch the Road!
That's the cardinal rule of Temple Run, I know, but it's even truer in Oz because of the way the path can change and take a new shape right in front of you. You might be running along grabbing coins and speeding up as you hit a nice rhythm, and BAM a tree root pops up. Don't let the tree roots get you. Everyone who's played Temple Run knows you can swipe to the left or right once to slow yourself down, right? Use that tactic to maintain your speed and continue pushing for the high score. Debris can also crumble to alter the path.
The same is true of the swooping enemies. They'll dive at you from no where, and running at a slower pace will make it easier to slide underneath their reach. Instincts are great, but you need to get some high scores under your belt before you can rely on instincts at Oz speeds.

Treat Yourself
… to an upgrade! Take those hard earned coins and gems to the store where you can buy new abilities and power ups. The magnet ability attracts all coins to you, even coins down paths you didn't take. Coming up to a split and see coins both ways? The magnet will grab both for you, all without any input. Coins can also buy 1,000m and 2,500m boosts at the start of a run.
Feel like getting a jump on the competition? Drop the dough on a boost and take off ahead of your friends. You collect the coins all the time, why not spend them? If you keep chasing the high score, Temple Run: Oz will provide the yellow brick road to Game Center domination. The same goes for the coin-meter power ups. As soon as you see the bar fill up, use the ability by double tapping the screen. Don't sit around on the cash you earn or the power ups you gain as you play. Use them!

Zombie Highway Cheats

Zombie Highway Cheats

Zombie Highway is a game of survival that does away with niceties and goes straight for your jugular. Here are some tips for you to win the game.

Glitches

Use Non-Unlocked Cars

Whatever car you have, it'll only work for the car right after the one you already have, for example, when using the black car... You swipe down to the general and press select very quickly afterwards. When you unlock general, you do the same to use the next car etc.

Use cars You don't have

Find a car u do have then scroll down really fast to the one you don't have and click select.

Hints

Shooting: Hold vs. Tap

Keep in mind guns have different firing rates for holding vs. tapping. Handguns specifically can fire much faster when you TAP. Tapping quickly can be more distracting than simply holding, which is why you are rewarded with a greater fire rate.

Double Damage

When a zombie’s life bar blinks, you will do double damage. For weapons like the double barrel shotgun, this means serious damage.

Avoid Getting Flipped

If the zombies get you on two wheels turn into the roll to recover. This is simply physics working in your favor. If you are up on your right two wheels – sharply turn to the right. This will snap you back on all 4 wheels if you do it right.

Minigun for free

You have to drive 500 miles to get the minigun.

GTA III: 10 Anniversary Cheat Sheet for Android: Mods and cheat codes

GTA III: 10 Anniversary Cheat Sheet for Android: Mods and cheat codes

Rockstar recently released a game this past winter from their little known franchise called Grand Theft Auto. Hide your children, hide your wife, Grand Theft Auto III has made its way from your living room television to your pocket in form of the Grand Theft Auto III: 10 Anniversary Edition.
Unless you've been living under a gigantic rock then the name should ring a few bells. The mobile version resembles the revolutionary game in every way. Every crook and cranny of Liberty City is as exactly the way you remembered it a decade ago, complete with corner street lady services and random robberies that enraged TV newscasters and politicians years ago.
If you've played the PC version then you should be also familiar with how relatively easy it was to replace Claude (main protagonist) with different skins, add new cars and a number of mods that enrich the already deep gameplay. Console gamers were also able to join in on the fun by entering a combination of button inputs that unlocked weapons changed the weather or summoned cars. Upon release, mobile gamers found that their Rockstar changed little to nothing and modding the games were as versatile as its PC counterpart. Within days of release, mods began to crop up every forums and site, and now its as if every week users find new ways to add further modifications to an already stellar game.
If you've been keeping up with Droidgamers then you've seen the number of articles detailing the newest mods. We've decided to compile all of them together, including a number of mods we've yet to write about, in one single easy to find list. Remember, your mileage may vary, so attempt these mods at your own risk. We are not responsible if you turn your very expensive device to very expensive paperweights. The following mods vary in difficulty and users have reported mixed results in installing most of these mods. Once you try one don't expect the rest to be as simple. Enjoy and happy gaming!

1.) GTSETTINGSLAUNCHER

This one is quite simple. For those that hate to get their hands dirty, xda member hacsteak25 developed an app that does all the work for you. Grand Theft Auto is installed differently on every device and some contain a file called gta3.set. Gta3.set contains a code that determines most graphics that you see on your device. Rockstar probably removed or modified this file for lower end devices in order for the game to run smoothly. In normal circumstances, another user would have to provide the file for you to manually dump the files within the game folder.
With GTSETTINGSLAUNCHER, the gta3.set file is already provided and backs up your current one. The program goes even a step further and allows you to fiddle with certain parts of the graphics such as shadows, lighting, resolution, rendering, and blur. Keep in mind that enabling everything may cause slow down, lag and even crash. Keep your backups nearby when this issue arises.

2.) Real GTA3- New Weapons, locale and Vehicles

If driving over pedestrians with a souped up Lamborghini or a Dodge Viper then heading to your nearest golden arches for some fries and ending the night of terror by visiting the Statue of Liberty sounds fun, you should check yourself into the nearest hospital, because you may have an issue. Otherwise driving a Lamborghini and everything described above is possible with Real GTA3. Real GTA3 provides additional real world cars for wheel enthusiast. Speed fiends will squeal in delight to find that all their favorite sports cars are available to jack, crash and ride all around the virtual New York:

Real GTAIII also goes even further by taking a portion of NYC's famous statue, Statue of Liberty, er Statue of Happiness (as it's called on GTA IV) and allows players to access the island and statue by means of boat or car. Real world company factories and building are also included, so don’t be surprised to find a Pizza Hut in Staunton Island on your way to meet Luigi. Other additions include:
Buildings' outfits:
● completely redesigned brownstone district in SV
● Shell gas station
● Canadian hotels
● Coca Cola factory
● Quelle storage
● IKEA

● Mercedes-Benz Taxis
Objects have been added to the city:
● Statue of Liberty - this awesome NY's statue has moved to Liberty City. You can find it on new island near the Kenji's casino (it's even marked on radar!), so you must use a boat to get there. There are some useful historical and technical information on statue's pedestal. If you want to see whole Liberty City from the birds-eye, use stairs to get into statue's head or torch! But don't fall down!
● Player of previous version of RGTA suggested a great idea - jump ramp to Liberty Island. So it's in the game. Just take very fast car and try to be accurate in targeting the ramp - go wrong speed or direction and you won't land by the Statue of Liberty...you will fall into water. There's a boat by the Liberty Island ready to get you back to Staunton (you must start new game - boat won't be there if you load non-RGTA save games).
● New bridge - it is placed in Shoreside Vale and it's VERY useful, because it connects your hideout to the main road near the Francis Int. Airport. If you use Yakuza's Toyota Supra Veilside, you can get to Staunton from Shoreside in few seconds!!!
If you find GTA III’s default weapon nothing but mere pop guns and crave real guns, Real GTA III adds real world weapons as tools for your virtual psychotic behavior. MP5, Desert Eagle, UZI KG-9, Shotgun Battle 7, Sig551, Rocket launcher M79, Sniper Rifle PSG-1, L2A2 grenades are added to your arsenal to torture Liberty City citizens.

'Frontline Commando 2' Review - One Step Forward, Two Steps Back

'Frontline Commando 2' Review - One Step Forward, Two Steps Back

Following hot on the heels of their movie-licensed shooterRobocop, Glu Games has finally taken their follow-up toFrontline Commando and Frontline Commando: D-Day out of soft launch and into wide release. Robocop itself used many of the same mechanics as the Frontline Commandogames, so it's perhaps not that surprising that some of the new elements in Frontline Commando 2 echo certain parts of it. Luckily, one thing they didn't carry over, at least not completely, is the stamina meter, but even without that hanging over its head, Frontline Commando 2 is kind of a dud sequel, particularly when held against D-Day.
Photo 2014-03-21, 15 31 13Before I really get into it, let's get it out of the way. Yes, this is a free-to-play game, and its design reflects that at almost every level. Ads will occasionally pop up between battles, upgrades have timers on them, there's a premium currency that can grease all kinds of wheels for a price, and the difficulty is stacked against you such that by a certain point in the game, you'll almost certainly need to grind. These are all aspects that in a perfect world would not be present in the game and the experience would be better for it. If free-to-play elements turn you off, you may want to do a little 360 and moonwalk out the door right now, because apart from lacking a stamina meter in its campaign mode, all the all-stars of that type of design are here.
Rather than placing you in any real war as its predecessors do, Frontline Commando 2puts you in the role of a mercenary who has been left for dead and is seeking revenge. Like the other games in the series, this is a third-person cover shooter, with no actual freedom of movement. The environments are distinctly more urban than the settings in the previous two games, and your main character isn't quite so identifiably part of the American military. One of the most obvious new aspects is that in this game, you have to build a squad to support you in combat. They're actually not entirely useless, and will often kill enemies on their own. They are, however, yet another money sink in a game that really didn't need more, since you have to train them up as you go along if you want to have a chance.
In total, the campaign spans just over 50 missions, a decent amount even if it is dwarfed by the mission counts in its frequently-updated predecessors. Each mission has you taking out a set number of targets, trying to check off sub-goals on the way for extra money. After a set number of missions, you'll face off against a boss, after which you'll get another piece of the story delivered via a cut scene. The missions themselves don't run more than a few minutes in length, making for a fairly short game if it were just a matter of smashing your way through. Naturally, that's not possible, since your weapons, health, and squad are rapidly outpaced by the escalating power level of the opposing forces.
Clearing missions earns you various rewards, but first and foremost is cash. You can use cash to upgrade your weapons, train your squad, and buy some of the new weapons. You're going to need to do all of these things to keep moving along in the missions, and in order to have enough cash to do so, you're probably going to have to go back to previously cleared missions and grind some out now and then. You'll also earn other rewards if you clear sub-goals, such as gold, items, and new squad members. The sub-goals are varied, having you to do things like rack up a certain number of headshots or destroy enemy transport vehicles, giving you something to do in each stage besides point and shoot mindlessly. Getting the new squad members is particularly important, since, like your weapons, at some point your earlier members are going to become virtually useless, no matter how much you upgrade them.

Survival Guide for Minecraft - Pocket Ed. Demo Players

Survival Guide for Minecraft - Pocket Ed. Demo Players

When a new update to Minecraft - Pocket Ed. Demo hits, we can't help but wonder how many potential players aren't playing this game. In this guide, we'll be going over the basics of surviving and thriving in your first 20 or so minutes in Pocket Editionon Survival Mode. We won't hit everything, of course, but we're pretty sure that by following these tips, you'll get a handle on how to roll in the game.

Your Fists Are Your Friend

So, you've just started a new world. Congratulations! You'll probably die pretty soon, though, so don't get too attached to this specific life. Go ahead and punch a tree. No, seriously -- hold down on the screen and punch a tree. If you punch long enough, the wood will break and you'll collect some logs. You'll need these.

The Sun Is Not Your Friend
You're working on a limited schedule here because, when it gets dark, zombies and other bad things will come out at night and try to eat your fleshy bits. Your goal for the first night is a simple one: dig a good-sized hole in the side of a mountain. We'll get back to this in a second.

Continue Punching Stuff

You can punch other stuff, too, including the ground. Notice how dirt drops dirt blocks and sand drops sand blocks? Resources, which are the end result of bashing something, can be crafted into items, which will allow you to survive and, eventually, thrive. But first you've got to get a crafting table for the high-level stuff.

Crafting 101

You've got some logs. Hit the triple circle thing on your inventory bar. This is the crafting menu. You can build things from here. Click on the block at the top and look for "wooden planks." Turn your logs into planks. Now, turn a few of those planks into sticks. Piece of cake!

Make Some Tools
Provided you've got enough planks, you should be able to make a crafting table. This is where the magic happens. Make some wooden tools, first. Make a wooden axe, wooden pick-axe, and a wooden shovel. Axes cut wood faster than your fists. Pick-axes break down rocks quicker. Shovels churn through dirt quicker.

Coal Is An Even Better Friend
You thought your fists were important, right? Coal, which is dropped from gray blocks with black splotches all over them, is a way better friend. When combined with a stick, you can make torches. These allow you to see in the dark and keep the wicked away. The wicked being those dudes who want to eat you. Remember?

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Review - Throw Some Chedda' at This Incredible Port

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Review - Throw Some Chedda' at This Incredible Port

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is an popular Action game.Like most Grand Theft Auto games, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas free launched with loads of fanfare and like many GTA's before it, its release in 2004 marked a significant evolution in the depth, complexity, and overall size of the game. In fact, if the original had any drawbacks, it would've been just how far GTA:SA was pushing the PlayStation 2. The game seemed to use 101% of what the PS2 could do, which meant maximizing all the drawbacks of a console system pushed to its limit. As someone who was pretty into PC gaming at the time, its low frame rate was hard to deal with.

GTA_SA1As the title hints, GTA:SA is set in San Andreas which is a weird mixture of vaguely familiar elements of Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. There's also other familiar geography from the American southwest like an Area 51, Hollywood, the Hoover Dam, and more. You'll play as CJ and the game opens with him returning to his old stomping grounds following the death of his mother. Of course, since he's been gone everything has gone south, and a large part of the game orbits around restoring his gang on Grove Street and then eventually taking over territory from rival gangs. Of course it wouldn't be a GTA game if there weren't also lots of twists, turns, and all sorts of unsavory characters in between.
